First Swim Meet of the Season

On August 29, Riverview High School’s swim teams had their first meet at the Plant City YMCA. The boys and girls team each competed against Plant City and Heat squads. Riverview’s boys team lost to Plant City’s 80-65 and won against the Heat’s team 84-51. The Riverview girls team beat both Plant City and the Heat. Against Plant City, Riverview’s girls won 93-39; against Heat, they won 98-53.
Riverview girls head swim coach Alexandra Munzing says, “I think our team did a great
job and we worked really well together as a team.”
